How do I get started with Fiscility?
After signing up, connect your first bank account through our secure Plaid integration. Once connected, your transactions will automatically sync and appear in your dashboard within a few minutes.
What's the difference between the plans?
Intern (Free): 1 bank connection, basic dashboard, weekly email reports. Accountant ($29/mo): 3 banks, daily SMS + email reports. Analyst ($49/mo): 10 banks, advanced dashboard, monthly reports. CFO ($79/mo): Unlimited banks, forecasting, priority support.
Why isn't my bank connecting?
Common issues: 1) Double-check your login credentials, 2) Some banks require app-specific passwords, 3) Try clearing your browser cache, 4) Ensure you're not using a VPN. If issues persist, contact support with your bank name.
Is it safe to connect my bank account?
Yes, we use Plaid (trusted by 11,000+ apps) with bank-level encryption. We only access read-only transaction data - we cannot move money or see sensitive info like SSN. Your bank credentials are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How often do transactions sync?
Transactions typically sync within 2-24 hours. Most banks update multiple times per day, but some may take longer depending on when they process transactions. You can manually refresh from your dashboard.
