Founder & CEO
My name is Steffan Lynch and I founded Fiscility out of my own need for understanding my money better.
I’ve been a data analyst for over 3yrs. It is literally my job to turn numbers into insight. I take a bunch of data from all different places, formats and contexts, and transform it into something meaningful and purposeful. At the end, stakeholders take that data to make more informed decisions to grow the business. Marketing. Sales. Logistics. Finances. Internal. External. You name it, data analytics is integral to any business.
Fiscility came about when I saw my money management go downwards. I’d manually download my bank statements, I wrote some code to process and combine them together, to then drive a dashboard I built myself. I thought to myself: “If this is useful to me, then I’m probably not the only one…”. And so my journey began to build financial facility for users to have what I had.
Our goal is facilitate the control, understanding and education around personal finance that we all deserve by removing the barriers technical complexities and specialist tools and knowledge.
The hope is that everyone, through financial intelligence, feel more confident and in control of their finances in the short term and to make better decisions for the long term.
Fiscility was born out of a real problem. Realising there’s such a great disparity between the resources and tools between the corporate finances and personal finances, we wanted to close that gap.
So then, we’re looking to facility and enable everyone, regardless of social status, income, financial literacy or employment, to understand their finances better by bridging the gap between Business Intelligence and personal finances.
Every big business and corporation, has a team dedicated to providing critical insights and data to understand the market, finances and business in order to make better decisions. But you haven’t got that for your own finances, have you? Well, That’s where we come in.
